Strong understanding of game development pipelines and workflows Strong understanding of game art design principles and techniques Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction and incorporate feedback Passion for video games and an understanding of the gaming industry Bachelor’s degree in fine art, game development, or related field preferred. .
