We are hiring for below job profile:

Designation: Marketing Associate

Reporting to: Director

Department: Marketing and Communication.

**About the Company**:
PaperLiteCA is a Pune-based tech startup. The company aims to revolutionize practice management for Chartered Accountants through its innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. PaperLiteCA empowers CAs to streamline their operations, enhance productivity, and deliver exceptional client service. The company operates out of it’s Pune and Nagpur based offices. We are looking for people who would be connecting with CA Firms in their onboarding process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Demos to client by either visiting their office locations or online, as per the client location.
- Provide handholding support to the existing and onboarding clients in form helping them with the product, its features and by helping them with their data entry.
- Accurately enter collected data into our / client systems, ensuring data integrity and adherence to the principles and standards.
- Verify the accuracy of entered data by conducting regular checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and potential issues and suggestions related to the software.
- Stay updated with accounting principles, regulations, and software tools to enhance field data entry processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to improve field data collection techniques and stay informed about industry best practices.
- Research about the potential clientele in a particular region.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- A background of working with CA firm for more than 2 years.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**:As per industry standards

**Salary**: ₹9,654.29 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
