Location : Goa

Experience : 12-15 years

CTC : 25-45 lakhs

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the Commercial function for all mining operations in India (Karnataka, Goa and Odisha) and Africa (Liberia)

Focus on sourcing strategy, practices & policies and assessing of business risk

Ensure margin protection and optimization of spend base, total cost of ownership and output linked contract

Ensure highest standard of governance, sharp focus on volume, cost, cutting edge technology and digitalization

Drive automation through benchmark with global best practice, market trend and analytics

Develop & maintain continuous engagement with key business partners to ensure quality results

Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements, group policies to mitigate potential risk

Working towards outsourcing of mining operations to suitable MDO partners

Delivering value in terms of efficiency, quality and productivity for mining operations

Managing logistics for mining operations including road, rail and river/ sea movements and port operations

Managing sustaining and growth projects for mining operations, including mines expansion and beneficiation plants

Qualification & Eligibility: Any Graduate/BE/Btech (Mining), MBA - Operations/Marketing/Supply Chain (preferable) with 12+ yrs. of experience in mining operations/ commercial function (mining/ non-mining) is must.
