**Job Title: Business Analyst**

Capco is looking for innovative and creative people to join our Business Analyst Team. We are looking for (Job Title) to work on all aspects of project delivery engaging a complex stakeholder group across multiple global regions / product lines to execute global change programs in the Investment Banking domain. This includes business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, driving technical design and specifications in partnership with IT, functional test strategizing and execution, and user acceptance testing coordination. Must possess strong relationship management skills and be able to manage requirements and testing across Ops and IT teams both cross-division and globally. Role is focused on projects to support the development of regulatory/industry driven changes.

**Location**:Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurgaon & Chennai

**Experience**:10+ Years

**Role Description-**
- Payments BA with strong experience in **Debit Cards & Payments**:

- BA required to analyse Debit Card Settlement & Reconciliation issues and work with IT and Operations to resolve the issue
- Required to conduct the root cause of the issues to be added in Product Backlog by BA and complete Discovery with Requirements as output
- BA is expected to discuss with IT and Solution Architects basis the above.
- **Business Analyst** with around 10 years of experience.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Assist in prioritising requirements gathered (Data, Functional, Non-Functional (oversight)), to determine Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope
- Excellent communication skills & strong stakeholder management experience
- Communicate requirements to Stewardship, documenting and articulating the use cases to support the requirements captured
- Must have experience in working with any global bank, prior Client experience is preferred.
- Payment and cross border transfers knowledge would be an advantage.
