**MAKE AN IMPACT**

Looking for a M3/M4 resource having Transformation PM experience together with BA skillsets.

GTRF R&C portfolio, As Transformation Manager key responsibilities (on a high level) are as follows for both GDPR/SWIFT,
- Project Governance which includes running SteerCo and Working group meetings. - Stakeholder collaboration (Sponsor, Business, IT, Services). - Engage different sites/regions to ensure efficient communication between Global Business, Central IT, Local IT and local business. - Clarity reporting, Delivery tracking. - RAID management - Identify, track and mitigate key risks, issues and dependencies. - Change Framework compliance. - Change requests submission and approvals. - Monitor and Track financials closely. - Requirements gathering, Gap analysis, scope finalization.

As part of the Point of Sale Financing intiative, the high level line of responsibilities would be on the below,
- Requirements walkthrough and finalization - As per current scenario, this task would require domain/technical knowledge to collaborate with Business to finalise the functional requirement and architectural changes.
- Overall project management (inc Governance)
- UAT support (test cases creation and walkthrough) - This task requires BA support with domain/technical knowledge, to understand and create/walkthrough UAT test cases.
