**Job Title: Interior Designer with Sales Expertise in the Furniture Industry**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Interior Design**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute interior design projects for residential and commercial spaces.
- Develop floor plans, color schemes, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
- Source and select furniture, materials, and decor items based on client preferences and budget.
- Ensure that all design elements align with the brand’s aesthetic, quality standards, and budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and offer tailored design solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and implementation of design concepts.
- **Sales and Client Relations**:

- Utilize deep knowledge of the furniture industry to drive sales and promote relevant products.
- Assist clients in selecting furniture that matches their interior design plans, preferences, and budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
- Present furniture collections and product recommendations during consultations.
- Provide quotes, negotiate deals, and close sales with potential clients.
- Stay updated with furniture trends and industry developments to suggest the best options to clients.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of furniture and decor items.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Ensure that designs and products are delivered according to specifications, budget, and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on sales within the furniture industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proven ability to design residential and commercial spaces creatively.
- In-depth knowledge of furniture, home decor, and materials in the industry.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to engage clients and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in digital marketing and social media for promoting interior design and furniture sales.
- Knowledge of project management software.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and eco-friendly furniture options.
