**JD FOR MEP-Technician**

**Location**: T. Nagar, Chennai
**Experience Required**: 10 to 15 Years

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance across MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including lighting, wiring, switchgear, and DB panels
- Handle plumbing issues such as leakage, drainage, and sanitary fittings
- Conduct mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems, motors, pumps, and other utilities
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operating in compliance with safety and operational standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report to the facility manager
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

**Key Requirements**:

- **10 to 15 years** of hands-on experience in MEP-related maintenance
- Strong knowledge in **Electrical systems**, **Plumbing**, and **Mechanical equipment**:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / relevant trade preferred
- Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willing to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns
- Immediate joiners will be given priority

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
