**Job Summary**:
**Note**: 3 Months of Internship Duration

**Key Responsibilities**:
Work closely with the HR team to understand job requirements and recruitment needs for various roles (IT and Non-IT).

Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on different platforms.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting our company and open roles on social media.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Previous internship experience in IT recruitment is required.

Skills: Strong understanding of both IT and Non-IT roles and requirements.

Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and social media.
