**Position Overview**:
We're seeking a Social Media Associate to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. In this role, you will create compelling content, foster engagement, and stay on top of industry trends. This is an on-site, full-time position perfect for those with a passion for social media, content and a deep understanding of its role in brand promotion and audience engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients' brand and business goals.
- Creat content, manage and grow clients' social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Craft compelling content that attracts, interacts with, and fosters engagement within targeted virtual communities.
- Analyze the performance of social media campaigns, understanding the metrics and how they tie back to clients' goals.
- Stay current on industry trends and make recommendations to clients based on these trends.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related role, ideally within a digital agency setting.
- Demonstrable ability to write compelling copy and create engaging content.
- Understanding of social media trends, web traffic metrics, SEO, and how they can be leveraged for client success.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A deep-rooted passion for social media and a solid understanding of its impact within the digital landscape.

**CTC- **INR 3,50,000- 4,50,000 plus incentives

**Work profile**-Onsite, South Delhi
