**Job Highlights**:

- Export Order Management
- Pre-Shipment Documentation:

- Share shipping marks, prepare pre-shipment invoices, and update tax invoice details in Softserve.
- Vessel Scheduling: Update tentative vessel schedules in I-net and DSR, and communicate with BU.
- Customs Clearance: Follow up with CHA for shipping bill checklists, customs clearance, and pre-alerts.
- Bill of Lading (B/L): Manage B/L drafts, approvals, and onboard confirmations.
- Post-Shipment Document Preparation: Prepare and share post-shipment documents with BU within 5 working days of sailing
- EGM Updates: Ensure local and gateway port EGM updates on ICEGATE and share reports with the TTC team.
- Document Storage: Save POE (Proof of Export) documents in M drive for TTC team access.

**Requirements**:

- Specific Education: Graduate in any stream (B Com, BSc, BA, BBA etc.),
- Work Experience: 3 to 5 Years
