**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in reasoning and logical thinking, covering topics such as verbal and non-verbal reasoning, puzzles, analogies, coding-decoding, syllogisms, and logical deductions.
- Prepare students for reasoning sections in competitive exams and aptitude tests by providing hands-on practice and regular assessments.
- Utilize various teaching methodologies to enhance students' critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning skills.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment tools to monitor student progress and identify areas of improvement.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment where students feel confident to tackle complex problems.
- Provide individual attention and mentorship to students requiring extra help in reasoning concepts.
- Stay updated with current trends and techniques in logical reasoning and competitive exam patterns.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate reasoning skills into interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Participate in professional development programs, workshops, and school meetings as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Logic, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching reasoning or logical thinking to secondary school students is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of reasoning techniques and problem-solving strategies.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students in critical thinking and logical analysis.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to enhance learning.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience preparing students for competitive exams (e.g., Olympiads, NTSE, or other aptitude-based tests).
- Familiarity with various reasoning test formats and question types.
- Creative teaching approaches to make reasoning fun and engaging for students.
