**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct sales presentations, webinars, and one-on-one counseling sessions to explain program benefits.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or learning solutions.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate, and close enrollments to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status and interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.
- Stay updated on EdTech industry trends, competitors, and emerging learning solutions.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- MINIMUM 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement (EdTech experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure sales targets and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
