**Job Title**: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Upwork Bidder

**Location**: 8B mohali
**Experience**: 2-3 Years
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Joining**: Immediate

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
- Write compelling and tailored proposals to win projects.
- Negotiate project terms and budgets with clients.
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project deliveries.
- Maintain and update records of bids, project statuses, and client communications.
- Stay updated with Upwork policies, trends, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in online bidding on Upwork.
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and client management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with software development projects and terminology.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to join immediately.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with other freelancing platforms (e.g.,Upwork, Freelancer, Guru) is a plus.
