**Key Responsibilities**:

- User Research: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviour and preferences.
- Information Architecture: Create user flows, wireframes, and sitemaps to structure information and user journeys effectively.
- UI Design: Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and best design practices.
- Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to align design with project goals.
- Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design implementation.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and contribute to continuous improvement in design processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 to 4 years in the field.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma
- Need Experience in Photo editor software like Adobe Photoshop and Vector based software like Illustrator
- Good experience in Video and animated software like Aftereffect and knowledge of Lottie animation
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects and your design process.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
