**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our IT and Tele solutions and services.

2. Handle inbound inquiries from potential and existing clients, providing information about our offerings.

3. Identify and understand client needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions.

4. Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with interested clients.

5. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and detailed information.

6. Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement.

7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and KPIs.

8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.

9. Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences, trends, and concerns to help improve our services.

**Requirements**:
1. 0-1 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.

4. Basic knowledge of IT solutions and services is preferred but not mandatory.

5. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated and persistent.

6. Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

8. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
