Roles and Responsibilities
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Listen to customers' beauty needs and concerns to provide personalized advice and solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest beauty products, trends, and techniques.
- Educate customers on the benefits, features, and proper use of various beauty products.
- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Promote and sell beauty products to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and makeovers to showcase product benefits.
- Upsell and cross-sell related beauty products and services.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure products are well-organized, clean, and properly displayed on shelves.
- **Skin and Hair Analysis**:

- Perform skin and hair analysis to recommend suitable products and treatments.
- Provide advice on skincare routines and hair care regimens.
- **Makeup Application**:

- **Building Relationships**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- **Training and Development**:

- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Stay informed about new products and beauty trends through continuous learning.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**:

- Ensure the beauty counter and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Sanitize beauty tools and equipment regularly.
- **Reporting**:

- Keep records of sales, customer feedback, and inventory.
- Provide reports to management on sales performance and customer preferences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
