Designation : JUTE SUPERVISOR (ISSUE & SELECTION) Job Code: GMJI01 Present Incumbent: Staff Code : Report To : Jute Incharge Authorities Major Responsibilities Method of Discharging Responsibilities Remedies in case of Failure 1. To work accordingly for direct responsibilities. 1. To issue jute as per batch fixed by the management a) Direct b) Indirect-for non availability of jute as per required batch, follow instruction of Jute Incharge. To inform mill manager within max.7 days if your action plans not been attended by the concerned staff to whom you reported. 2. To work under instruction of jute incharge for indirect responsibilities 2. To check and confirm issue quantity in no. & weight Direct 3. To note any abnormality in issuing jute i.e. higher moisture, damage,degrade ,etc. Indirect-to bring into the notice of Jute Incharge. 4. To check and maintain correctiveness of weighing scale Direct 5.To collect & maintain data in respects of jute issue Direct 6.To arrange for issue labour. 7.To maintain jute issue tally book, jute issue register. 8.Computation of wages of contract workmen in selection section & extra working of permanent selectors. 9.To maintain register for quality wise degradation/rejection in selection section. 10.To supervise piling work at selection & quality input of spreader machines. Job Requirement as Perceived by Management: 1. To collect random samples of incoming jute and check: i) MR% ii) Grade (as per requirement or lower grade) 2. To inform jute incharge about test report. 3. To monitor selectors production as per productivity link norm. 4. To use effectively rejected jute during selection on other specified qualities. 5. To check correctiveness of weighing scale and arrange for periodical calibration.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
