Job Description For "Product Owner and Specification Writer"

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Global Project Lead, International dealer community, end-users, and all other stakeholders to have clarity on product line priorities.
- Be responsible for writing product line specifications and attachment rules to be used by the Development and Test teams to implement Miller Knoll product lines in CET Designer.
- Coach and support the product development teams with product knowledge and specification information as necessary while playing the role of a product owner.
- Work in an Agile development environment defining stories, maintaining and prioritizing the scrum team product line backlog, and responding to scrum team product line-specific questions to streamline the execution of product line priorities.
- Participate in product line design solution thinking, daily scrum team meetings, scrum team demos, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the program vision, roadmap, and content presentations via the Product Technology Specialist or Product Technology Manager.
- Coordinate dependencies and release schedules with other product line product owners.
- Project planning and deliver based on the timeline schedule.

Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer science, Mechanical or equivalent will be desirable with a minimum of 8+ years of technical specifications writing or software business analyst/testing and configuration or user support or product management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Project management experience working with multiple stakeholders on the projects
- Experience in furniture assembly, specifications, and installations will be a plus.
- Dealer interaction stakeholder’s and end-user support experience will be desired.
- Good documentation and articulation skills are essential requirements for this role.
- Experience in agile development process such as SCRUM or Kanban.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a UK shift preferred
