**Criteria/ Roles & Responsibilities**:

- 4+ Years of experience in **IT Support and Network Support**:

- Excellent knowledge of** End user support**and LAN and WAN management.
- Should have hands-on experience in resolving software and Hardware issues.
- Should have hands-on experience on Network issues.
- Experience in troubleshooting networking issues (Switches/Firewalls/AP)
- Should have knowledge in AD, DNS, DHCP and SSO environments.
- Knowledge of OSI Layer, IPv4, IPv6, Knowledge of Switches, Routers, Firewalls, LAN (Switching), WAN (GRE), TCP/ IP Suite & UDP, SSL, Security.
- Knowledge of network routing & routed protocols like TCP/IP,
- Basic Knowledge in IDS/IPS, VPN, IPSEC, Load Balancer, Routing, Switching, GLBP, HSRP,BGP,CDP, STP, VTP,NAT, PAT, ISL, VLAN, WiFi, PBR, IP Phones.
- Must have knowledge of wireless controller & Wi-Fi LAN setup
- Ensure maximum uptime for Network - LAN/Wi-Fi/WAN
- Monitoring and optimizing network load, latencies and challenges
- Good communication (English and Hindi)
