Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify and anticipate fashion trends in women's western apparel.

Analyze and interpret trend data to develop designs that cater to DIVINEPINK's target demographic.

Create detailed techpacks, including sketches, fabric swatches, and specifications, to ensure accurate garment production.

Source and maintain relationships with fabric suppliers, manufacturers, and other industry contacts within the Surat têxtile market.

Collaborate with the DIVINEPINK team to develop seasonal collections and campaigns.

Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, quality standards, and sustainability practices.

Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring the timely completion of design projects.

Provide guidance and support to junior designers, as needed.

Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Adapt to a hybrid work schedule, with both in-office and remote work components.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

5+ years of experience in fashion design, specifically in women's western apparel.

Proven expertise in market research and trend analysis.

Proficiency in creating detailed techpacks and garment specifications.

Strong understanding of fabric types, characteristics, and appropriate usage.

Established network within the Surat têxtile market.

Exceptional design and illustration skills, with the ability to create innovative and visually appealing designs.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design software.

Must possess a personal laptop, reliable internet connection, and access to required design software for remote work.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
