We are currently seeking a dynamic Real Estate Manager. If you are passionate about luxury real estate sales and have a knack for catering to the needs of HNI/UHNI clients, we invite you to join our team.
This role entails driving sales, and leading a team of sales executives/managers. Initially functioning as an individual contributor, the position will eventually involve managing a sales team.
**Sales and Business Development**:
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
- Conduct negotiations and close real estate deals with clients and partners.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and partners.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate agents.
- Establish clear performance objectives, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations.
- Cultivate a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- Utilize CRM to reach out to potential buyers and High Net Worth Individuals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and property portfolio status.
- Analyse data to make informed decisions and propose strategic improvements.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in Luxury Real Estate Sales/Business Development or similar roles in hospitality, aviation, or related industries catering to high-profile clientele.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
