**A SELT trainer is responsible for Teaching and Mentorship of IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English students, content creation & facilitating seminars, webinars & workshops, administrative tasks, training new staff & collboration with the team.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Mentorship**:
1.Deliver high-quality lessons in IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English, ensuring students are engaged and motivated.
2. Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching materials, and schemes of work for various levels of learners.
3. Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
4. Supervise and mentor students to guide them in achieving their desired band scores.
5. Monitor student progress regularly and provide personalized feedback through one-on-one discussions.
6. Identify students' academic needs and arrange career counseling sessions with the help of a dedicated counselor.
7. Conduct interactive and engaging sessions to keep students motivated and interested.
**Content Creation, facilitiating seminars, webinars & workshops**:
1. Create engaging and effective content tailored for IELTS, PTE, and Spoken English learners.
2. Collaborate with the academic team in curriculum development and appraisals to enhance teaching standards.
3. Facilitate workshops and other holistic activities organized by the company to support overall student growth.
4. Be a confident public speaker with a commanding voice that can captivate and engage students during lessons.
**Administrative responsibilities, train new staff & collaborate with the team**:
1. Keep accurate records of student attendance, fees, and progress.
2. Ensure that daily End of Day (EOD) reports are submitted on time.
3. Encourage students to provide Google feedback and engage with the company’s social media pages.
4. Assist in training new teammates, helping them understand company culture and work responsibilities.
5. Collaborate with the team in managing co-curricular activities and participating in staff meetings and development
workshops.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
