Commitment to facility operations excellence
Do you have superior technical know-how when it comes to maintaining a facility? Let’s talk We always welcome people who can carry our torch for superior quality service.

In this role, you’ll be our go-to guy when it comes to managing our site’s daily operations and technical issues, providing effective solutions whenever difficulties arise. Are you well-versed in workplace safety? As we’ll rely on you to develop and carry out an elaborate preventative program for managing sites. You’ll also make sure that all essential site activities—including the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire protection systems and equipment—are performed in a safe and efficient manner; complying with policies and requirements set out by the government, our client and our own management teams. Your expertise in critical environment procedures may also help you land this job.

Performance Excellence
Are you driven by performance metrics? We find that the best working relationships are fostered by meeting (and exceeding) our service level agreements. This will also be part of your DNA Working as part of a larger team, you will be involved in ensuring all key performance indicators are met, as set out in the management contract.

Championing Improvement
Do you get excited by improvement works? As part of a larger team, you will be involved in launching various improvement and savings programmes that will benefit both us and our clients. For example, you will be involved in the implementation of energy management programmes to help cut utilities costs and eliminate wastages.

This will involve working closely with our vendors, coordinating with them on a variety of projects—from beginning to end. You’ll see to it that our vendors are managed accordingly, and that technical and safety audits and repairs are in sync with the projects’ timeline.

Putting best practices in place
Do you like sharing ideas to improve the work process? As our facilities engineer, you’ll contribute to the creation of engineering service delivery standards. You’ll also help in the planning, implementation and review of site-specific processes and protocols.

Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you’ll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met. To do this, you’ll develop tools that help measure the technical team’s performance on a quarterly or annual basis.

**Additional Tasks below**:
1. R&M SPOC for Central Zone 2 (GCSC, A10, A11 & Cafeteria, Dump yard)
2. Take facility round everyday and prepare snag list
3. Take update on earlier day work and update FM and client on daily basis
4. Before starting of any activity preparing gant chart and getting it approved from client, work to start only post approval
5. In charge for pre monsoon preparedness, getting work done with help of other zone R&M team members
6. Take check on earlier day work assigned to vendors and update FM and client on daily basis via mail/in meeting

**7. R&M Projects**: Create BOQ, float Inquiry, quotation comparison, raise PSR, PO, execution and update in portal, follow-up for compliance & payment - Maintain Monthly Project Tracker & Report
8. Daily Morning updating on Helpdesk Portal - R&M Tickets, PSR, PO, Execution, Bills
- Status, consumables, Commercial pending, PSR sheet, Pending work on weekly sheet & get weekly verified from R&M Head
9. Safety SPOC & SPOT Check for R&M work at Zone 2 - Daily as per Work permit, Tool Box Talk
10. Arranging the Monthly training as per training MIS calendar.
