**About the Job**:
An international consumer & exponentially growing company is seeking a **Performance Marketer** to manage digital paid ads activities across search, social and display platforms (Google Search ads majorly) and ensure that strategies are aligned with marketing goals. You will also be responsible for planning and executing the paid media campaigns and managing the optimization and reporting. Exp.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Plan, setup and manage campaigns of all formats with appropriate audience targeting on all platforms majorly on Google ads and Facebook ads
- Identify High relevant keyword research and grouping
- Write compelling ad headlines, descriptions and extensions
- Analyse industry and keyword trends. Make data-driven decisions
- Data analyse of running campaigns and making changes accordingly
- Setup tag management, Facebook pixel, and conversion tracking correctly
- Recommend and optimize campaigns daily
- Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to implement modern media executions to maximize media platforms
- Create eye-catching and informative pay-per-click, plan and optimize landing page testing

**Skills Required-** Hands-on management of ad platforms, CRO & Data Analysis.

**Exp. at least 3 yrs.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
