**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations over the phone, explaining the features and benefits of the company's products or services to potential clients.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular contact with potential and existing clients, establishing a strong rapport and understanding their needs and challenges.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify sales opportunities in different international markets and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals with international clients.
- **Cross-Cultural Communication**: Adapt communication style to suit clients from various cultural backgrounds, ensuring clear and effective interaction.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements to the product or service offerings.
- **Sales Reports**: Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in multiple languages being a significant plus.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
