Omnia Ventures is hiring for a client, Search Education the following position.

**TeleCaller/ TeleCounselor - Overseas Education**

**Job Type**

Full-time. From OFFICE only. **NO WFH.**

**Job Location**

1409-1412, Ansal Tower, 38, Nehru Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110019

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Handling enquiries and converting them to admissions
- Follow up calls for payments from students as per the due date
- Achievement of the individual target

**Performance Metrics**
- Completing daily target of calls ( 80-120 inbound & outbound)
- Handling Telephonic enquiries and converting them into walk ins
- Follow up in optimum TAT

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
- Should be fluent in English.
- Clear diction and clarity in speech
- Good at computers
- Should be a team player

**Work Experience**:

- 1- 3 years. Freshers with excellent communication skills and inclination to learn can be considered
- Overseas education industry experience is a plus

**CTC**:Depending on experience will range between **2.4** Lacs to **3.6** Lacs.

**About Search Education**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nehru Place, Delhi - 110019, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
