
Front Office Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Team Management: Supervise and motivate the front office team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
2. Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, and resolve any complaints or issues promptly.
3. Front Office Operations: Oversee the management of front office systems, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and key control.
4. Staff Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of front office staff.
5. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance in the front office area.
6. Communication: Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
7. Problem-Solving: Handle guest complaints, issues, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on front office performance, including occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a front office supervisory role.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with front office systems, hospitality software, and revenue management principles.
