**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Manager (Ad Campaign)
**Experience**: 3 to 4 years
**Location**: On-site

**Objective**:
To lead and manage high-impact paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms that drive brand awareness, qualified leads, and conversions—while aligning with strategic marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Campaign Strategy & Planning**
- Define and align campaign goals with overall marketing objectives.
- Develop platform-specific ad strategies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Strategically allocate budgets across channels to maximize ROI.

**2. Campaign Setup & Execution**
- Launch and manage campaigns through platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Build targeted audience segments using demographic, behavioural, and interest-based data.
- Structure campaigns with relevant ad groups, keywords, creatives, and variants (A/B testing).

**3. Creative Collaboration**
- Work closely with content writers and designers to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Ensure messaging is compelling and consistent across visual and copy formats.

**4. Performance Optimization**
- Monitor campaign KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, and CPA.
- Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Looker Studio) to interpret performance data.
- Continuously optimize creatives, bids, audiences, and landing pages for better results.

**5. Reporting & Insights**
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and ROI analysis.
- Share key learnings and data-driven recommendations with stakeholders.

**6. Experimentation & A/B Testing**
- Conduct experiments to test ad formats, messaging, placements, and audience segments.
- Implement findings to scale successful tactics.

**7. Budget Oversight**
- Manage and track campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending.
- Shift budgets dynamically based on campaign performance.

**8. Industry Awareness**
- Stay up to date with algorithm changes, new ad formats, and platform trends.
- Proactively suggest and implement new advertising innovations (e.g., Performance Max, Reels Ads).

**Skills & Tools**:

- **Ad Platforms**: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads
- **Analytics & Tracking**: Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking
- **Tools**: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Figma, Looker Studio, MS Excel
- **Core Competencies**: Strategic thinking, creativity, attention to detail, data-driven decision making, strong communication, and time management

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
