**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Representation**: Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for the company, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
- **Graphic Design**: Create eye-catching and innovative designs for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing collateral, and packaging.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to understand design requirements and contribute creative ideas to enhance projects.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools, incorporating new ideas and techniques into projects when appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate them into effective design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
