**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead creative design projects from concept to execution.
- Develop visual assets for branding, social media, websites, packaging, print materials, and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling designs.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Work closely with external vendors, printers, and agencies when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer (with at least 2 years in a senior role).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Knowledge of motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
- Strong eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in brand identity design and campaign development.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media content strategies.
- Ability to handle high-pressure deadlines while delivering creative excellence.
