**Salary**: _₹10,000 - ₹13,000 per month_

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Assist in developing and updating the course content, study material, and assessment strategies.
- **Student Mentorship**: Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and counseling to students.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Design and implement examinations, assignments, and projects, ensuring that students are assessed fairly and transparently.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain discipline and an engaging learning environment in the classroom.
- **Research & Development**: Encourage students to undertake research projects and participate in academic seminars and workshops.
- **Administrative Duties**: Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and extracurricular activities as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirement**: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field (BBA/MBA or equivalent).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Basic knowledge of classroom technology and educational software is a plus.
