**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input data from various sources (documents, forms, or electronic files) into the company database, CRM, or other systems.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entered.
- Update and maintain existing records and files.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.
- Generate reports as required by supervisors or department heads.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and recordkeeping.
- Communicate with team members to clarify or resolve discrepancies in data.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-Remote
- You must have your own system
- A good Internet Connection
