- MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE OF 1 YEAR IN EXTENSIVE EMAIL COMMUNICATION PREFERABLY IN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
- MINIMUM 12THSTANDARD PASS

IN ADDITION TO THAT HANDS-ON, STRONG AND THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF THE BELOW PRIMARY SKILL SETS ARE REQUIRED.
- DRAFTING EMAILS IN A STRUCTURED MANNER WITH SPECIFICATIONS FOR PLACING PURCHASE RELATED INQUIRIES
- WRITING ERROR FREE ENGLISH
- UNDERSTATING RAW MATERIALS AND PACKING MATERIALS SPECIFICATIONS
- SURFING INTERNET FOR SUPPLIERS WHEN ASKED BY THE MANAGEMENT
- DOWNLOADING QUOTATIONS AND SAVING THEM IN AN ORGANIZED MANNER
- CONVERTING FILES INTO PDF
- KEEPING TRACK OF QUOTATIONS, INVOICES, SAMPLES, DISPATCH DETAILS AND ARTWORK ETC RECEIVED IN EMAIL AND COURIER FROM VENDORS
- GENERATING PURCHASE ORDERS
- TAKING INWARD OF GOODS RECEIVED IN ERP
- MANAGING APPROVED VENDOR FILE
- MANAGING SAMPLE APPROVED FILE
- FILING AND MANAGEMENT OF DOCUMENTS
- EXTRACT DATA AND REPORTS FROM ERP
- ENSURING DATA INTEGRITY
- OPERATING PHARMASUITE ERP
- OPERATING MICROSOFT WORD, MICROSOFT EXCEL & EMAIL

APPLICANT SHOULD BE TRUSTWORTHY, PUNCTUAL, EFFICIENT, ORGANIZED, HARD WORKING, ANALYTICAL, DETAIL ORIENTED AND TEAM PLAYER

WORKING DAYS:

- WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

WORKING HOURS:

- 9:30 AM TO 6:00 PM

HOLIDAY:

- EVERY TUESDAY

SALARY PACKAGE:

- RS.1.75 LACS TO RS.2.50 LACS ANNUAL CTC

**Salary**: ₹175,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
