The Admin and Accounts Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and assisting in maintaining accurate financial entries.
This role ensures smooth office functioning and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Key Skills:
- **AdministrativeDuties**:
Manage office supplies and inventory(stationery, house keeping, pantry inventories etc.). General repair & maintenance of office.
Care of office properties & pantry stuff.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements(train, air, hotel, taxi booking etc..) Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Accounting Duties:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations. Process accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Assist in payroll preparation and statutory payments (e.g., tax, provident fund). Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

- 2-3yearsofAdmin&accountingexperience.
