**Responsibilities**:
**Conduct cold calls to prospective international clients within the B2B sector, introducing our products/services and identifying sales opportunities.**

**Utilize your excellent communication skills to engage with prospects, build rapport, and convey the value proposition of our offerings.**

**Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.**

**Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.**

**Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.**

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales, with a proven track record of success.**

**Proficiency in cold calling techniques and lead generation within the B2B sector.**

**Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.**

**Ability to work in rotational shifts and a 5-day work week with 2 days off.**

**Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.**

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
