**Position Title**: Pharmacist / Hospital Pharmacist

**Qualification**:D.Pharma/B.Pharma

**Experience**: 1 to 3 years (hospital/retails pharmacy)

**Purpose of the Role**

To dispense prescribed medications accurately, maintain stock control, and ensure safe, ethical, and NABH-compliant pharmacy operations within the hospital.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Dispense drugs as per prescriptions and ensure correct dosage and labeling.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, legality, and possible interactions.
- Maintain pharmacy stock, expiry monitoring, and daily reconciliation.
- Ensure storage and handling of medicines as per regulatory standards.
- Maintain purchase, issue, and return records in HIS/software.
- Guide patients on medication usage, precautions, and potential side effects.
- Support audits, stock verification, and NABH documentation.
- Comply with all statutory requirements (Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Pharmacy Council norms).

**Skills & Competencies**
- Deep knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and storage standards.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing.
- Ethical conduct and confidentiality in patient handling.
- Coordination with doctors, nursing, and procurement teams.

**Qualification & Experience**

D. Pharm / B. Pharm with valid State Pharmacy Council registration.
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in hospital or retail pharmacy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
