**Job Title**: Junior Content Producer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate creative content ideas for ad shoots on various topics.
- Plan and shoot videos using mobile devices while understanding professional video standards.
- Create and adapt content tailored to the character and purpose of each video.
- Direct and bring out the best performances from featured characters.
- Manage secondary tasks independently, including coordination, planning, and logistics.
- Travel as needed for shoots — both within the city and outstation.
- Conceptualize shoots and communicate vision clearly to the team for effective execution and editing.
- Perform basic video editing on mobile or social media platforms to deliver final content.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for cohesive campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Basic video editing and mobile shooting skills.
- Self-starter, energetic, and innovative mindset.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Hardworking and dedicated with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
