**REPORTING INTO**ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE**- Responsible to maintain the accuracy of the IT Asset Inventory.- Responsible for identifying, documenting and preparing reports on compliance issues related to asset consumption. Responsible for managing and monitoring Ujjivan SFB‘s IT asset management system.**SIZE OF THE ROLE**

**NON-FINANCIAL SIZE**- All IT hardware assets of the region_- Region wise count of employees_- Hardware IT assets_- Region wise_**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**Business**:
- Responsible for ascertaining the working condition of IT assets in collaboration with users and supervisors and recommend replacement, if needed._- Preparation of purchase orders for IT assets._- Responsible to co-ordinate with Finance for invoice processing._**Customer**_(Both Internal & External)_- To co-ordinate with Audit SPOCs to validate branch asset_- To validate physical regional inventory across departments_- Coordination with all departments for gathering requirements related to IT assets_- To allocate to the users the relevant IT assets for carrying out business related activities against documented approvals_- To co-ordinate with HR for updating employee records related to IT assets during allocation, change and handover_._

- Time taken to allocate asset_- Correctness of Asset Indemnity Form_

**Collection of assets during exit**:
- Time taken to inform HR for FFS_
- Stakeholder’s interactions_- AIF form submission to HR- weekly_- Coordinate with Configuration team for asset deployment._- Co-ordinating with Employees for FNF-Full & Final of Exit Employees_**Internal Process**- To keep track of assets send for repairs and update the inventory_- Physical Stock verification fortnightly_- Provide replacement against the faulty/lost assets_- Remapping resigned employees' assets to new employees_- Provide assets to new employees by verifying stock in the branch/RO/HO within agreed TAT.\_- To work on Quarterly Audit, IT Asset declaration from Branch & RO office_- All asset movements need to updated in Oracle Tool_- BLT Training of Onboarding of new users need to update in Darwin Box_- Mailbox Monitoring and responding mails_- Some Ad-hoc requirements_
- Compliance to SLA/Policies/Processes_- Complete documentation (AIF) for the audi._- No overdue items for the fixed assets audit crossed the timeline_
- Process Management/ Process Excellence_- Ensure required desktops and laptops are allotted to project teams within the given stipulated time for project._- Quarterly come to the manager with some kind of new process which can be improve the existing process_**Innovation & Learning**- ITIL Training Completion_- Attending team building training & Swayam Mandatory training_**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**

**Qualifications**- Graduation in any stream_

**Experience Range (Years and Core Experience Type)**- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT asset management_

**Certifications**- If required_

**Functional Skills**- Basic tracking and identification methodology_- Asset Management Procedures_- Knowledge of Oracle FA_

**Behavioral Skills**- Ability to co-ordinate with SPOCs_- Interpersonal skills_
