**Job Title: MIS Executive**

**Location**: Navi Mumbai
**Department**: Operations / Data Management
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and automate **MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries** using **Advanced Excel** (Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Analyse large volumes of data to identify trends, exceptions, and performance gaps.
- Support internal teams (operations, GIS, telecom) by providing timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for client presentations, team reviews, and audit requirements.
- Maintain master data sheets and ensure **data accuracy, completeness, and consistency**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data integration, analysis, and reporting improvements.
- Automate manual reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Handle ad hoc reporting requests and data pulls from various internal sources.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- **2+ years of professional experience** in MIS or data reporting roles.
- **Advanced Excel certification** (must provide valid certificate).
- Hands-on expertise in:

- Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation
- Power Query, Advanced Formulas (INDEX-MATCH, IF-ERROR, etc.)
- Charts,Macros/VBA (preferred)
- Strong understanding of data structure, logic building, and report formatting.

**Preferred Skills & Background**:

- Prior experience working in **GIS, Telecom, or Infrastructure domain** is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle large datasets and convert raw data into meaningful business insights in excel.

**Soft Skills**:

- **Excellent communication** and coordination skills, must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- **Professional behavior** with a basic understanding of office environment, hierarchy, and etiquette.
- **Well-groomed personality** with a proactive and polite approach to internal and client communication.**:

**Education**:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Additional certification in MIS, Data Analysis, or Excel tools is an advantage.

**Salary: As per industry standards**

**Joining: Immediate.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
