Role:
- Application Support Engineer*
Primary Skills:
- L1 or L2 Application Support, MYSQL, AWS Basics, Core Java, API's & Unix Commands
**Experience Level**: 1- 4 years*
Expected Start date:
- Immediate
**Work location**: Pune*
Shift Timings:
- Rotational Shift (6.30 AM - 3.30 PM IST, 2 PM - 11PM IST and 10 PM - 7AM IST )
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide Application Support for a critical enterprise app for internal and external customers.
- Good understanding of **SQL queries**.
- Good understanding of **API concepts.**:
- Strong knowledge **of databases.**:
- You will be responsible for successfully troubleshooting and debugging technical issues and identifying modifications needed, as well as: Troubleshoot issues (network, web apps, file system, and user management).
- Develop custom scripts, web tools and technical explanations to support customers.
- Document and track customer support tickets from opening through resolution.
- Manage customer expectations through the issue resolution process.
- Participate in on-call rotation throughout the year.
- Recommend and implement improvements to existing technical support tools, procedures, and processes.
**Technical Experience**:
- Prior experience of working with a client and/or debugging/fixing production problems.
- Excellent Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong scripting skills.
- Should possess good hands-on SQL skills.
- Requires strong monitoring, analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
