Front Desk Executive

Responsibilities:
- Handling front desk area, greeting and welcoming clients/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answering, screening and transferring incoming calls to concern department. - Directing visitors to the appropriate person.
- Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Maintaining all stationery items in meeting Rooms & Front Desk as per our Requirement.
- Direct the visitors, Clients to the Appropriate Meeting room or Waiting Area.
- Maintain Inward/Outward Excel & Registers.
- Managing the office's security protocols, including logging visitor access.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, site visits, and communication with clients and vendors.
- Ensure a Positive Experience for All Staff, Visitors, and Clients.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks - Proficiency in computer with basic.
- Ready to take up any new task given with active participation.
- Communication skills should be excellent.
