Digital Platform Architect

**JOB OBJECTIVE**

Digital Platform Architect - IT Workflows ITAM is responsible to enhance, design and architect IT Asset Management for Injazat's customers including Hardware and Software Asset Management. Digital Platform Architect - IT Workflows ITAM provides technical leadership to the GTM solutions practice team, assures digital platform architecture alignment to business strategy, and governance decisions.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- High-Level Design, GTM Plan for IT Asset Management for Injazat's clients with focus on driving value for our clients and meeting compliance requirements
- Design and archiect IT Asset Management for customers that can support to increase efficiency, productivity in their business and providing client's required visibility into their IT landscape
- Lead and architect IT Asset Management activities by collaborating across all team members.
- Improve collaboration between devops/infrastructure, pre-sales and post-sales teams
- Liaise with customers regarding pre-sales requirements, architecture design, and will have input into on-going service and solution GTM reviews.
- Ensure IT Asset Management is in accordance to industry best practices and with Injazat's customers expectations, together meeting both internal and external stakeholder expectations.
- Set clear objectives, evaluate progress against objectives, and instill performance-oriented culture with focus on accountability.
- Provides an escalation level for support, management, resolution and communication as appropriate with Injazat partner ecosystem.
- Contributes towards ensuring IT Asset Management deliverables are met through the appropriate governance framework, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes.
- Lead business process definition, re-engineering, improvement and to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders
- Has strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy and policies that govern the digital platform and possesses advanced technical knowledge and skill.
- Responsible for the GTM IT Asset Management solution design and technical architecture for the GTM solution focus area, advises internal on validated solutions and solution reference architecture requirements to provide business value.
- Responsible for maintaining the GTM solution functional architecture, including what makes up the GTM solution eco-system, as well as the integration points within GTM solution architecture.
- This resource is also responsible for developing and managing the GTM solution strategy including reporting.
- Works closely with the GTM sales cluster by leveraging their technical and business expertise of technical advisory and technical architecture to collaborate with the Digital Advisors and Digital Cross-Functional Architects on customer opportunities.
- Reviews solution requirement specification and technical Low-Level Designs (LLD), by providing meaningful feedback. Together providing the Governance and assurance of technical activities related to IT Asset Management
- Works with the GTM Solution Practice Lead to manage the GTM solution growth targets and responsible for developing and designing (HLD) GTM validated solution and solution reference architectures.
- Provides technical leadership, guidance and direction on the design and development of new features and capabilities in relation to the GTM solution.
- Responsible for enhancing / developing new GTM solutions to enhance reach and diversify the GTM portfolio in line with the GTM solutions strategy.
- Works as per the roadmap shared by GTM Solutions Practice Lead and partners identified.
- Will support and contribute towards the GTM sales and GTM delivery clusters for GTM solution continual improvements.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- ITIL v4 Managing Professional certification
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
- ServiceNow Specialist Certification in ITAM
- Experience with implementing ServiceNow ITAM, SNOW SAM
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude and experience working with diverse team
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Team lead.
- Working knowledge of ITAM tools like ServiceNow ITAM, SNOW, FlexNet, SCCM, MAP
- Knowledge of various licensing metrics of top publishers like Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, Oracle etc. is preferred
- Knowledge of various engagement/contract types offered by top publishers like Microsoft: EA, Adobe: TLP, CLP etc. is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering - preferably with a managed service provider (MSP) and Cloud Service Provider (CSP)
- Track record of successfully demonstrating the ability to translate business objectives, with the applied use of ServiceNow technology, in the context of the client's environment
