Instructional Designer

To design and deliver end-to-end learning solutions mapping to customer requirements that enable competency and performance improvement
Key Accountabilities
- Work with customer to understand the training requirement and create appropriate training curriculum in the required delivery format
- Prepare detailed courseware design with course objectives, instructional strategy, and duration
- Define customer-specific writing standards, guidelines, and checklists
- Review e-learning storyboards, classroom guides, and other training materials developed by instructional designers for instructional standards and customer specifications
- Review developed e-learning courseware for fidelity to design and customer standards
- Train and mentor instructional designers
- Manage a team of instructional designers and ensure that they adhere to schedule, quality and productivity norms
- Contribute to the development of new standards and development processes
