**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Telecaller to join our team at the Pune office. As a Sales Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting our bespoke interior and architectural services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Fanusta Global's services, discuss their interior and architectural needs, and generate interest in our offerings.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling, research, and follow-up activities. Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for further engagement.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Fanusta Global's portfolio of services and products to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.

**Client Engagement**: Build rapport with clients over the phone, understand their requirements, and provide relevant information about our bespoke solutions. Address any queries or concerns and guide clients through the initial stages of the sales process.

**Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads and ensure all necessary information is communicated to the sales representatives.

**Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, ensuring that the CRM system is utilized effectively for tracking leads and managing follow-up activities.

**Targets and Reporting**: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Provide regular reports on call activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,142.49 - ₹27,594.86 per month
