**SQL Server Database Administrator (with.NET CRM Exposure)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and optimize slow-performing SQL queries used in our.NET CRM
- Identify and resolve **bottlenecks, deadlocks, and high CPU usage** issues
- Optimize **indexing strategies, stored procedures, and schema design**:

- Ensure **data integrity, uptime**, and implement disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate closely with the **.NET development team** for system integration and performance alignment
- Continuously **monitor and maintain database health** using profiling and monitoring tools
- Create and maintain structured documentation for all DB-related activities

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong hands-on experience with **Microsoft SQL Server (2016 and above)**:

- Expertise in **query tuning, indexing, and SQL performance profiling**:

- Advanced knowledge of **T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers**:

- Experience with **large datasets and transaction-heavy systems**:

- Familiarity with **SQL Profiler, Execution Plans, Performance Monitor**, etc.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Exposure to **CRM systems, BPO/Healthcare** platforms, or similar environments
- Knowledge of **database backup/recovery automation and security best practices**:

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

**Work Environment & Tools**:

- CRM built on **.NET Framework**:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
