**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Clinic Operations Assistant who shall help us manage our clinic. Responsibilities include management of daily schedules of the doctor, tracking visits to the clinic, collecting consultation fees, generating reports for management, helping to ensure the smooth maintenance of function operations, maintaining accurate ordered patient records, and ensuring payments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Doctor Scheduling**: Assists in the management and coordination of the doctors' schedules on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the flow of the appointments is efficient.
- **Patient Tracking**: Keeps daily count numbers of patients seen by each doctor and monitors the volume of patients seen.
- **Consultation Fee Management**: Collects consultancy fees from patients, issues receipts, and monitors the receipt of all payments.
- **End-of-Day Reporting**: Generate and submit a daily report showing net collections, outstanding collections, and the number of patients serviced by each doctor
- **Outstanding Fee Tracking**: Follow up on unpaid consultation fees to ensure they are recovered in a timely manner.
- **Doctor Efficiency Reports**: Prepare and submit the daily reports showing the number of patients serviced by each doctor to direct this to management for performance monitoring.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with clinic staff and doctors to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized records of patient details, payments, and consultation schedules.
- **Clinic Infrastructure Coordination**: Coordination with all the teams that help in making the infrastructure of the clinic maintained and serviced properly, which means a clean, safe, and fully functional environment for staff and patients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare, clinic, or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and record keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment.
