**Profile-Senior Manager (US Taxation)**

**Job Description -**
- Lead and manage a team of accountants and tax professionals for effective financial operations.
- Filing of US Tax returns, prepare proposals for clients and ensure compliances for clients for Taxes and coordinate with IRS and Clients for Tax purposes.
- Develop business for USA Taxes and Audits, develop relations with CPAs in USA and Indian corporates as a Business Development Manager.
- Oversee tax compliance, keeping abreast of changes in tax laws, and optimizing the organization's tax position.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting and taxation procedures.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering a high-performance work environment.
- Communicate financial information to key stakeholders and collaborate cross
- functionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and taxation.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors and tax consultants, to ensure compliance and efficiency. Professional Requirements as US Enrolment Agent (EA)
- In-depth Knowledgeable in US Taxation laws, including IRS related matters is MUST.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (US), or other qualified professionals in the accounting and tax field.
- Any USA Tax certification is a plus. Relevant Experience more than 5 years in USA Taxation.
- Able to coordinate with IRS and Clients for Tax purposes. Extensive knowledge of US federal and state taxation laws and should be able to independently file various tax returns - individuals, C and S corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Estates, Not for profit entities etc
- Knowledge of CCh Axcess Tax, Gofile room, Caseware preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain successful relationships with clients
- Good at multi-tasking and handling various projects simultaneously in an efficient manner
- Ability to guide subordinates for solutions.
- Should be able to build working relationships with peers, supervisors and U.S colleague.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
