**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and file **US tax returns** for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Perform **US accounting functions**, including general ledger management, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Work on **US tax compliance** for federal and state taxes, including preparation of Forms 1040, 1120, 1065, and other related documents.
- Assist with **US GAAP accounting** and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support in tax planning, research, and advisory services for US clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and accounting procedures.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **CAs, CA Intermediates, or CA Dropouts** with 3 years of **Articleship** or a minimum of **1 year of experience** in **US Accounting and Tax**.
- Strong understanding of **US tax laws**, compliance procedures, and accounting standards (US GAAP).
- Excellent **English communication** skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Immediate availability** is highly preferred.
