**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop new têxtile designs for home furnishings, carpets, and rugs.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor products to inform design decisions.
- Participate in product development meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with ASA (Association of Suppliers of Textiles) standards and practices.
- Knowledge of embroidery techniques and processes.
- Strong understanding of têxtile properties and how they impact performance and durability.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineers, production managers, and suppliers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
