WE have urgent openings for the post of **Admin Executive. Female only**
- **Job Location =** Seepz, Andheri East,
- **Fix Salary =** 25000 Per month.
- **Experience =** 2 Years+
- **Note =** Age not more then **35 Years+**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
2. Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of office space.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
3. Communication:
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff.
- Handle correspondence, mail, and packages.
- Develop and implement effective communication protocols.
4. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Manage filing systems, both physical and digital.
5. Event Planning:
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and special events.
- Book travel arrangements and accommodations.
6. Financial Management:
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Should be any graduate
